‘Listen more and talk less’: Pariplay’s Enrico Bradamante on lessons of leadership

For Enrico Bradamante, the CCO of Pariplay, the key lesson learned in his various leadership positions is to “listen to your colleagues, to your customers and your partners.”

Asked to reflect on his experience during a brief interview for GamingMalta TV, as part of a series of interviews with industry leaders at the long-awaited ICE 2022 conference which took place between 12-14th April in London, Mr Bradamante stated he has learnt to not be so fast to give his opinion.

Instead, leaders should “let the team around them come up with the answers,” rather than simply providing them.

Asked for an update on Pariplay, Mr Bradamante said the company is undergoing an “amazing growth trajectory.”

“We are so excited to be at ICE, after having waited two years,” he added, stating that the company’s partnership with Aspire Global has been growing from “strength to strength.”

He also provided his insights on the staffing shortage plaguing the industry, stating that Pariplay was choosing to hire both people with iGaming experience, and those without industry experience and growing them internally.

On the situation in Malta, he expressed disappointment that Pariplay is still forced to bring over many of its employees from abroad, saying he wishes to be able to have more Maltese professionals ing the industry.

“iGaming is a fantastic industry and in Malta we have this hub which is unique in Europe and in the world… The iGaming industry is high tech, very fast moving, and very well regulated,” he added.
